Spend over $100 on products and standard delivery is now FREE of charge.

These prices are based on your entire order, not per item.

AUSTRALIA WIDE COVERAGE

Our delivery rates are a Flat Rate Australia Wide and is available to anyone who can be serviced by Australia Post.  For coverage, you can check if your postcode can be serviced via the Australia Post website.  Australia Post does service most rural areas and Islands off Australia with an address and a postcode.  Yes we do deliver to PO Boxes.

PARCEL CARRIERS

Teach me Toys proudly uses Australia Post for all their parcel deliveries under 10kg and under 1.2m long in Australia.  This is a fully trackable service via the tracking link you will receive after your purchase.  But you will also have access to log into your account and follow your parcel via the tracking link there.  Currently we are not offering a signature on delivery service as Australia Post attempts to control the spread of COVID19, but this will be updated as we wait for further updates.

Orders with weights heavier than 10kg or longer than 1.2m will require a different transport service which can vary depending on the location that parcels need to be delivered to. This will not affect the delivery fees charged to the customer.

DISPATCH AND DELIVERY TIMES

All parcels in stock are sent on the same day or next business day.

If you have ordered a backordered item amongst stocked items, this may delay your delivery as we wait for your item to return to stock.  Generally, if the backordered item is not already in transit from our suppliers, we will send the stocked products to you.  We will then send your backordered item out once it has arrived.

Delivery times do vary depending on you postcode, but they can also be affected by COVID restrictions within a city or state.  Australia post aims to keep delivery times to between 3 and 6 days for standard post and 1 to 2 days with express post. Current expected delivery times by Australia Post are as follows.

STATE                       EXPRESS DELIVERY           STANDARD POST

Victoria                       1 – 2 Days                               2 – 4 Days

MISSED DELIVERIES

All our Australia Post parcels are marked "authority to leave" , so if there is nobody home to receive a parcel, then the courier driver will look for somewhere safe to leave your item and take a photo of it for proof.  If the driver cannot find somewhere safe, then they will return it to the nearest Australia Post for collection and leave a card with the information required to retrieve your parcel.

LOST OR MISSING PARCELS

In the unlikely event of a lost or missing parcel, the first coarse of action is always to search your tracking number in the Australia Post Website https://auspost.com.au/mypost/track/#/search .  From here you can firstly have a look at where your parcel is, and also when it is due to arrive.  If the tracking says that the item has already been delivered but you still don't have your parcel, then scroll down the page and follow the steps to lodge a missing parcel claim.

Australia Post will only leave a parcel on your site if there is somewhere safe to leave it.  They will also take a photo of the place it was left.  This information can be retrieved from Australia post after you make a lost item claim while the trackingshows the item as delivered.

If the tracking does not say delivered, and it is past the due date, then Australia Post will launch an investigation to find your parcel through out their vehicles and centres..

If these investigations fail to find your product, then please email us all the information to sales@teachmetoys.com.au.  We will create an insurance claim for you and organise your replacement products to be sent out as soon as possible and FREE of charge.

DAMAGED PARCELS

In the unlikely event that your item is damaged, we do have a procedure to rectify the situation.  What you need to do is take photos, showing the damage to the item, and email them to sales@teachmetoys.com.au , together with an explanation of what happened.  We will process your delivery insurance claim for you and resend your replacement products , Free of charge and including delivery.  We have you covered.

Incorrect Addresses / Non Collected/ RTS Orders

We ask all customers to carefully check the address for orders as re-shipment fees will apply for re-shipping an order if it is returned due to incorrect addressing or non collection.

Please note : if your order is returned to sender due to incorrect address, decline to accept or non collection, the original shipping cost will be subtracted from your refund.
